英语没有四级可以做外贸业务员吗？

Sales are all about communication skills and product knowledge. If you can communicate and know enough about your product no need for any certificates.

Same way, if you have an English level 4 certificate but you can’t communicate or know nothing about your product. That is a problem, no English degree or certificate can help you.
